Return Policy

At BML Collectives, we take pride in offering products that bring elegance and warmth into your home. If something isn’t quite right, please review the following return guidelines.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

 

Eligible Return Scenarios

We accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

Product Quality Issues

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Manufacturing faults or poor quality
    In these cases, you do not need to return the product. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Item Received

  • Wrong product, size, or color sent
    We will provide a refund or reshipment with no return required.

Non-Eligible Return Scenarios

We do not offer unconditional refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

Change of Mind

  • You no longer want the product
  • The item doesn't match your expectations

Ordering Mistakes

  • Wrong size, color, or item selected during checkout
    In these cases, we only accept returns for refunds. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued once we receive the item in original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@bmlcollectives.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos (for damaged or incorrect items)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the next steps.

Additional Notes

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval
